I would like the Human Resources and governing bodies of Adventist Health to know that Denise Gruzensky has helped save me in many ways through the careful attention, care, respect, and ability to listen without prejudice. It is because of her that I am finally receiving the medical and mental health treatment I've needed. Denise Gruzensky is clearly not in the field of medicine for pay, rather she is genuinely interested in improving the lives of her patients. Truly, she has saved me. All it took was an opportunity to be heard, and she got right to work on ensuring the proper routes to getting solutions and proper treatment, scheduled and planned, with the help of the team of course. But her advocacy is what made the difference in my receiving the urgent care I truly needed. While my previous physician failed me in so many ways, Denise changed my overall health experience with her genuine attitude. She knows the laws, resources, and health system well. This is what makes her such an asset to your company. Truly, I have no clue where I would be if it were not for Denise Gruzensky.
