Dr. LaFleur really listens to me when I need explainations or options for my treatment. He gives me all the information I need to make informed decisions, and is always very willing to try other options or treatments that he feels would be helpful. I never feel rushed or that I am "just a number" here. Very refreshing after other experiences with OTHER health plans that make it seem like they can only give you a certain number of minutes for your visit.
