Dr. Minassi is awesome she's very compassionate and and very thorough she listens to concerns and gives you honesty about the problem and condition.

We did not go over any questions or answer regarding what to do or not to do, medicine to avoid and foods. Or process of apts

I did t get a chance to speak. She rushed through my appointment. I didn't have any time to process the information so I could ask questions. She left the room and it seemed like she was going to come back and never did. It felt like she didn't care at all. I took ultrasounds a month in advanced to be reviewed at this appointment and she didn't even look at them or request them from the imaging place. Then booked my next appointment for a month later.

I had to repeat myself a few times and it still felt like I was brushed off. I feel like I can barely work but to them I'm fine.

I waited about 30 minutes for provider and she was in my room for ~5-8 minutes. When I reviewed the visit notes she didn't note my concerns. I know she's busy but giving the patient time to explain and feel like they're heard is important too
