Human Resources Leadership Residency

Human Resources offers a unique perspective on the employee experience at Adventist Health. Our goal is to be known for our ability to inspire, engage and support all employees, as we expand our workforce with individuals who believe in the power of our purpose and who are in roles aligned with their passion. This role will allow for experience among all aspects of Human Resources within an Adventist Health geographic region, examples include: talent management, benefits, compensation, employee relations, compliance, systems, processes, and employee health and well-being. Each residency will have an emphasis on particular projects, either hospital-specific or across the system.

  • Pacific Northwest Region
    Adventist Medical Center in Portland*, Adventist Health Castle, Tillamook Regional Medical Center

Financial Services Leadership Residency

  • Residency Location: Adventist Health headquarters in Roseville, California

Are you eligible?

  • This residency is available to current Adventist Health employees, recent college graduates or individuals in the workforce looking to make a career transition into Human Resources or Financial Services.
  • BA or BS in Healthcare Management, Human Resources, Business or related field is required, Master’s is preferred.
