Adventist Health’s Dupper Internship Program is a 10-week immersive experience that allows students to learn more about the exciting career opportunities available in the healthcare field. Students have the opportunity to work with multiple departments and teams across functions such as finance, analytics, human performance, supply chain, mission and more.
Internships are based either in our service markets across the West Coast and Hawaii or at our corporate headquarters in Roseville, California. Our goal is that you return to school with a clearer picture of what you want to do after finishing your degree.

Qualifications: College sophomore or junior

2023 Process Timeline
- September – October: Application open and on-campus recruitment and interviews begin
- November 1: Application deadline
- November: Selection of interns
- June 2023: Interns begin program
