Leadership Residency Program

The leadership residency is a two-year rotational leadership development program designed for new graduates. The program brings together mission-aligned, high potential talent from universities to develop and grow an internal talent pipeline of future leaders.

Residents engage in both system and market activities designed to provide broad learning experiences that will challenge and equip them to be capable leaders.

Through carefully curated learning lists, daily work assignments, group projects and executive mentoring, residents will gain experience and exposure in human performance, finance, clinical operations, business operations and leadership development.

Dupper Internship Program

Adventist Health’s Dupper Internship Program is a 10-week immersive experience that allows students to learn more about the exciting career opportunities available in the healthcare field. Students have the opportunity to work with multiple departments and teams across functions such as finance, analytics, human performance, supply chain and more.

Internships are based either in our service markets across the West Coast and Hawaii or at our corporate headquarters in Roseville, California. Our goal is that you return to school with a clearer picture of what you want to do after finishing your degree.

2022 Process Timeline

  • September – October: Application open and on-campus recruitment and interviews begin
  • November 1: Application deadline
  • November: Intern selection and residency final round interviews
  • June 2023: Interns start
  • August 2023: Leadership residents start
