Adventist Health welcomes family medicine physician to Tulare

TULARE – Hannah Laimer, DO, board-certified family medicine physician, is caring for patients at Adventist Health Medical Office – Tulare. She’s also on the teaching faculty of the Adventist Health Tulare Family Residency program, which is preparing the next generation of doctors to practice medicine in rural areas.

Dr. Laimer cares for the entire family, and specializes in diabetes, hypertension, wellness exams and preventative medicine, as well as women’s health. She’s passionate about her work and loves the relationships she’s able to establish with patients. She also looks forward to working with the residents who also offer care at the medical office.

“For me it is amazing to have the opportunity to treat entire families, and teach residents how to do the same,” she says. “You get to establish such a close physician-patient relationship with them as their children grow and the whole family continues on their health journey.”

Dr. Laimer received her medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She completed her residency with the Kistler Family Medicine program in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.

A native of Austria, Dr. Laimer enjoys hiking and camping in her free time. She’s looking forward to living closer to family members in California and being in the Tulare community.

Dr. Laimer is accepting new patients at Adventist Health Medical Office - Tulare, 2059 N. Hillman St. with a phone number of 559-605-0090.
