Sabrina Garcia, MSN, FNP-C, joins Adventist Health Medical Office – Reedley Cypress


REEDLEY – Adventist Health Medical Office – Reedley Cypress is pleased to welcome board-certified family nurse practitioner Sabrina Garcia, MSN, FNP-C, to its medical staff. In addition to treating chronic and complex conditions like obesity, hypertension and diabetes, she also provides preventative care, including well-woman exams, wellness checks, physicals and health counseling.

Garcia has helped care for patients in the Central Valley for more than a decade. Prior to becoming a family nurse practitioner, she served patients as a registered nurse at the Adventist Health Reedley Birth Center and Adventist Health Selma Surgery department. A first-generation college graduate, Garcia is driven by a strong dedication to her community.

“I have a strong amount of compassion for my patients and my goal is to decrease health disparities within our rural communities,” she said.

She earned both her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing from Fresno Pacific University, graduating magna cum laude. She also holds associates degrees in nursing, biology and general studies.

Garcia is nationally certified in family practice by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the California Association of Nurse Practitioners, American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Association of Women’s Health, Obstetric and Neonatal Nurses.

When not caring for patients, she likes to spend time with her husband and four children. She also enjoys volunteering in the community and staying involved with the PTA at her children’s school.
