Food Drive + Heart Health + Stuff A Truck

Why do one good thing when you can do three? AHSV/AHPN, Food Share and the American Heart Association are teaming up to provide heart healthy food for people in our communities who need extra help meeting their nutritional needs. Starting on Friday we are hosting five food collection sites. When you shop, pick up non-perishable foods that are good for heart health! Click here for the guidelines provided by the AHA.

What we will do:

• Collect Heart Healthy Food from June 14-20.
• Deliver Food to ABC 7 Local’s Stuff A Truck Event on June 21
• Provide education and gifts during the ABC 7 Local Stuff A Truck Event on June 21 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the Albertsons parking lot on Madera.

Food Collection: June 14 – 20 will occur in the following locations (look for the bright yellow Food Share barrels):

• AHSV Hospital Lobby
• AHPN Alamo Hills
• AHPN Cardiology
• AHPN Moorpark Urgent Care
• AHSV/AHPN Aspen Outpatient Center
