Five weekly sessions, Tuesdays starting Oct. 9 at 5 p.m.
or Wednesdays starting Oct. 11 at 9 a.m.

Led by a Diabetes Educator, this series of five sessions is designed to transform the way you learn about and manage Type II diabetes. Each session is interactive and informative. Program includes “Type 2 BASICS” book. Family members or caregivers are also welcome to attend, but please reserve a spot in advance.
