Back by popular demand, and just in time for Hawaii’s chillier winter weather, Castle associate Gordon Au shows you how to prepare and serve a tasty vegetarian version of this traditional Vietnamese soup – a great comfort food to entertain your family and friends, too.  This is a vegan, demonstration-style class. Generous samples and written recipes are provided. Sorry, we cannot make special provisions for food allergies.
