Fatty liver disease is increasingly common around the world, especially in Western nations. In the United States, it is the most common form of chronic liver disease, affecting an estimated 80 to 100 million people. Come hear how to recognize, identify and treat this disease at this free seminar.

With Thanksgiving just weeks away, Castle’s Wellness Center’s November cooking demonstration gives you ideas for plant-based dishes to help celebrate the holiday with family and friends.  All dishes prepared and served in this demonstration class are plant-based. Generous samples and written recipes are provided.
