Reedley's First Baby of 2017!

News

REEDLEY – Nancy and Joseph, of Dinuba, were at home with family, preparing to ring in the New Year, when Nancy began to feel contractions at 11 p.m. on Dec. 31, 2016.

The mother of two daughters, ages 6 and 5, didn’t think anything of the pain, until it worsened around 5:30 a.m. on Jan. 1, 2017.

Her husband, an Emergency Medical Technician rushed her to the Family Birth Center at Adventist Medical Center – Reedley and Nancy delivered a healthy baby boy at 7:13 a.m.

Nyjiah weighed 7 pounds, 12 ounces and measured 19 inches in length.

The parents wanted to keep his gender a surprise, and couldn’t be happier that it was a boy.

“We have two daughters and figured we’d keep the third a surprise,” says Nancy. “We’re so happy it’s a boy,” says Joseph.

Congratulations!
