A colonoscopy is a vital part of preventive medicine.  It is a safe, painless procedure and with the advent of Open Access Colonoscopy, it is now more convenient than ever.  Learn how having a colonoscopy can reduce your risk of colorectal cancer. Dr. Panetta is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology by ABIM/ABMS. He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology.

Eat Well for Life cooking demonstration: “Cook Healthier Local Style”

Enjoy local comfort food with a twist! Local style curry with Okinawan sweet potato, salad with sesame vinaigrette, and fruit tarts will be on the menu for January’s cooking demonstration by Alissa Moreau, a vegetarian, healthy lifestyle teacher and personal chef for over 15 years. This program is presented in partnership with Blue Zones Project.
