Obesity & Nutrition: Steps to Take to Improve Your Health

Rideout Health Community Relations would like to invite you to a class to learn about the trends in obesity and steps to take to improve your health.

The class will be held on Wednesday, March 4 at 6pm at the Fremont-Rideout Conference Center, 989 Plumas Street, Yuba City. Free body composition testing will be offered by professional nutritionists beginning at 5:30pm.

Our speaker, Amanda Nowotenski, is a Nutrition Program Manager for Rideout Medical Associates and is currently working at Rideout Primary Care at Plumas Street and Rideout Primary Care at Grass Valley.

Over the past five years, she has been responsible for helping her patients lose over 10,000 pounds. Some of her patients are able come off of their Diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol medications as well.
