Get Your Skin Back At Walla Walla General Hospital

News

You may think your ink is permanent, but Walla Walla General Hospital’s Q-Plus C laser technology removes unwanted tattoos efficiently and with little discomfort — even art with many colors. During the procedure, the laser passes through the surface of the skin to the ink, where it breaks up large clumps of ink to form tiny particles. These smaller particles, can then be removed by the body’s immune system.

“This state of the art technology uses extremely short burst of laser energy,” says Robert Betz, MD. “The end results come with little or no scarring.”

After an inexpensive consultation, a custom tattoo removal plan will be developed. A typical treatment schedule includes a total of 6–12 sessions. Each session is normally several weeks apart, depending on the size and color of the tattoo and a person’s skin type. WWGH is the only provider of laser tattoo removal in the Walla Walla Valley, adding to the list of quality services we provide.

Walla Walla General Hospital is a partner of the Ink-Out program, which provides free or low cost tattoo removal for former gang members. Twenty-five percent of all proceeds from the tattoo removal procedures done at our Medical Spa help fund the Ink-Out program.

Tattoo removal gift cards for the Medical Spa are available for purchase at the Medical Pavilion during the holiday season.
