Get Your Sleep Back on Track: Free Presentation by Sleep Specialist Dr. Kam Atwal on March 18

General

As we start this week after Daylight Savings Time begins, most Americans are thinking about sleep—or at least their lack of it.

Sleep affects how we feel, perform and look on a daily basis and it can have a major impact on our overall quality of life. And yet, more than 70 million Americans suffer from sleep disorders, according to the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Come learn about sleep and one of the more common sleep disorders—obstructive sleep apnea—at a special presentation by sleep specialist Kam Atwall, MD, medical director of the Sleep Center at Walla Walla General Hospital.

The free presentation is Thursday, March 18, at 1 p.m. in the WWGH Auditorium. Lunch will be provided.
