New Patient Friendly Statements Are Here

General Adventist Health has been working on the patient statement project which will produce much improved statements for our patients. This has been a much anticipated change to provide a much friendlier statement. The process involved creating standard insurance descriptions, payments and adjustments that are understandable to the patients. The redesigned statement will print a summary of charges using a few simple categories like Pharmacy and Laboratory, and list each payment and adjustment using the patient friendlier billing descriptions.
