We know you're here to get better. Our Patient Financial Services (PFS) department is here to make the billing process as painless as possible. PFS is made up of two departments, Registration and the Patient Business Office, which is responsible for all billing and collections.

Upon your arrival to Adventist Health Bakersfield, we will open a patient account in your name where we will record all financial transactions related to your care. If you have provided us with your insurance information, we will submit a claim on your behalf and will inform you if you owe a balance. You may choose to submit payment by mail, or through our secure online payment processor.
