Written Notice to California Attorney General of Proposed Transaction with St. Joseph Health System

On June 6, 2018, Adventist Health System/West and certain of its affiliates provided written notice to the California Attorney General of its proposed transaction with St. Joseph Health System and one of its affiliated entities pursuant to California Corporations Code section 5920.

The terms of the proposed transaction are set forth in the written notice to the Attorney General. A copy of the written notice is available online for viewing or download here:
