Inspire Hope Project

A new Adventist Health collaboration with World Vision, a Christian humanitarian organization, will deliver first-quality goods to those in need.

World Vision helps children, families and their communities overcome poverty and injustice around the globe.

As part of the project, World Vision works with retail and wholesale businesses to connect surplus items with nonprofits in communities who can distribute them directly to the families in need. Adventist Health identifies those in need and arranges for the delivery of items.

Champions, an operator of adult group homes in Hanford and Lemoore, was the first partner selected to receive items from the Central Valley’s Inspire Hope Project. Champions provides housing and substance abuse and mental health treatment in separate men’s and women’s homes.

Adventist Health expects to receive a new shipment of goods every month.
