Medical
No deductible.

Vision
$500 benefit every two years.
Dental
$3,000 benefit every two years.
Orthodontic coverage at 50% up to $1,500 after 12 months of consecutive coverage.
Paid Time Off
Hours used for vacation, holiday and/or short-term illness
Accrual Rates: (based on 80 hours worked in a pay period)
- 1-4 years: 7.1 hours/pay period.
- 5-9 years: 8.6 hours/pay period.
- 10+ years: 10.2 hours/pay period.
Retirement
Employer Contributions:|
3.0% of total pay (if earnings are below $40,688).
Employer Matching Contributions:
50% matching up to a total of 4% of annual earnings.
Group Life Insurance
Hospital-sponsored life insurance based on service year credits.
Personal Accident Insurance
$2,500 automatic coverage on all eligible full time employees.
Additional/dependent coverage available at low cost.
My Personal Assistant
Concierge service provided by Adventist Health.
My Personal Assistant allows employees to obtain personal assistance for a wide variety of services, including travel planning, tickets, adoption services, home and care repair, special requests and even a Homework Hotline for grades 1-12. This free service can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
