White Memorial Medical Center Receives Certificate of Excellence
White Memorial Medical Center has received a certificate of excellence from the California Hospital Assessment and Reporting Taskforce (CHART). CHART provides health care quality information for consumers through a statewide hospital report card. The hospital achieved above average or superior scores in five of the eight measure sets used to determine eligibility for the certificate. In addition, the hospital did not receive any below average or poor scores from CHART and has chosen to report all CHART measures for which it qualifies. Participation in CHART by hospitals is voluntary and data is collected from more than 200 hospitals throughout California.
