Vice Presidents Named at Glendale Adventist Medical Center

Glendale Adventist Medical Center has appointed three new vice presidents, according to Morre Dean, president and CEO of the Southern California hospital. The new positions represent the promotions of Lynn Campbell to vice president of Nursing, Rob Marchuk to vice president of Ancillary Services and Kim Milstien to vice president of Business Development.

Campbell has assumed executive responsibility for Emergency Services, ICU, Med/Surg/Rehab, Perioperative Services, Telemetry, Women’s/Children’s, Information Desk/Escort, Nursing Supervisors and Staffing Office. She has been with the hospital since 1994 and has served as an associate vice president since 2005. Prior to coming to GAMC, Campbell worked at USC University Hospital and Huntington Memorial Hospital.

Marchuk is responsible for the areas of Community Care Services (Home Health and Hyperbaric), Heart and Vascular Center/Cardiovascular Services, Laboratory, Radiology and Respiratory Therapy. In addition, he oversees DHS Licensing and is the chairperson of the hospital’s Space Committee. A GAMC employee since 2003, he has served as an associate vice president since 2005. Prior to joining the hospital, Marchuk worked at other Adventist health care facilities including San Joaquin Community Hospital and Loma Linda University Medical Center.

Milstien has assumed executive responsibility for the areas of Business Development, Strategic Planning, Marketing/Communications, Physician Development and Relations, Occupational Medicine and Children’s Centers. In addition, she oversees Physician Recruitment efforts and is the liaison for the facility’s Property Management services. Milstien has worked at GAMC since 2001, serving as an associate vice president since 2006. She has worked for Adventist Health since 1996, both for the corporate office and Simi Valley Hospital.
