Tillamook County General Hospital Opens Rural Health Clinic
Tillamook County General Hospital will open its first rural health clinic when it purchases Tillamook Medical Associates later this month. The clinic's services will remain unchanged but the hospital-based rural health clinic will operate under the new name of Adventist Health Tillamook Medical Group. The purchase will help boost physician recruitment and reduce costs. In addition, former TMA employees and physicians will now work for TCGH and enjoy the benefits that come along with being associated with a larger employer.
