Sonora Regional Medical Center Names New VP
Sonora Regional Medical Center has named a new vice president of Human Resources, according to Jeff Eller, president and CEO of the Sierra Foothills-based facility. Rick Dodds joins the hospital this month as the vice president of Human Resources. In his new role, he will oversee all aspects of HR management at the medical center.
Previously, Dodds served as administrative director of HR at Ukiah Valley Medical Center. With nearly seven years of experience in human resources management, labor law, recruitment and retention, Dodds will focus his efforts at the medical center on the strategy and innovation needed to create an excellent work environment for employees, physicians and volunteers.
