Simi Valley Hospital Enhances Cardiac Care
Simi Valley Hospital recently implemented upgrades in cardiac care to provide faster and more efficient service for patients and physicians. The hospital’s Cardiology department recently converted to a digital EKG system. Cardiology staff can now download results to patients’ electronic medical records within minutes of completed tests. The digital technology also enables cardiologists to sign test results from anywhere at anytime. In addition, the Cardiopulmonary department has implemented a new integrated scheduling system that helps get patients in and out of procedures more quickly and efficiently.
