San Joaquin Community Hospital Partners with Grossman Burn Center
San Joaquin Community Hospital has partnered with Grossman Burn Center in an effort to better serve its community. The hospital and Los Angeles-based Grossman Burn Center announced a partnership that will bring Kern County its first burn treatment facility. The center, which will be a five-bed unit on the third floor of SJCH’s South Tower, is set to open in December of 2008. Many members of the community joined SJCH and GBC to celebrate the monumental day, including Bakersfield Mayor Harvey Hall who supports the addition of this center.
