Redbud Community Hospital Breaks Ground on New Clinic
Redbud Community Hospital recently broke ground on a new health clinic with a festive groundbreaking ceremony on June 20. The new Kelseyville Family Health Center will replace the hospital’s Kelsey Creek Clinic and is expected to be completed by early 2009.
In addition, RCH started construction on its new front entrance. The building process at the hospital will span six to eight weeks, resulting in a new, beautiful, modern entrance to the facility. The hospital’s emergency department also is expanding. Over the next 16 months, the ER will be enlarged to 2,800 square feet with 12 private, state-of-the-art emergency room monitoring beds. The ER project is expected to be completed in the fall of 2009.
