Hepatology Telemedicine Program Debuts in Central Valley
In an effort to provide expert care and consultation for patients suffering from various liver diseases, Adventist Health’s Home Garden Clinic in Hanford, California has teamed up with U.C. Davis Medical School to provide patients with a hepatology telemedicine service. Lorenzo Rossaro, M.D., a well-known liver specialist, is providing telemedicine services one afternoon a month at the clinic, allowing area residents access to expert medical advice and treatment without having to travel far from home.
