Glendale Adventist Medical Center Expands Infusion Center
Glendale Adventist Medical Center has expanded its infusion center in an effort to better meet the needs of its cancer patients. The hospital’s Cancer Services recently enlarged its infusion center, providing patients with a redesigned environment focused on comfort and healing. An area previously used for storage was renovated to make room for additional treatment areas, allowing Cancer Services to treat a higher volume of patients. The infusion center is designed for patients requiring outpatient services and offers a wide spectrum of care, including blood transfusions, lab draws, therapeutic phlebotomy, PIC line insertions, antibiotics, chemotherapy and other infusions.
