Feather River Hospital Opens New Rural Health Clinic
Feather River Hospital recently opened its new rural health clinic with a festive grand opening event in late April. The new 41,500 square-foot facility benefits the beautiful Paradise Ridge and offers access to quality health care for people with Medi-Cal, Medicare or no insurance.
Services will include: family health care, dentistry, behavioral health, diabetes education, and nutrition services. Specialty services will also be available in gastroenterology, orthopedics, cardiology, pulmonology, podiatry, general surgery, pediatrics, obstetrics and gynecology, and ear, nose and throat care.
Also, as a convenience for the ridge community, an outpatient pharmacy will be on-site with longer hours.
