Central Valley Network Announces Executive Changes
|
Adventist Health’s Central Valley Network recently named two new executives, according to Rick Rawson, president and CEO. The leadership changes, which include new vice presidents of Human Resources and Organizational Development, and Patient Care Services, are a result of a recent restructuring in the effort to enhance care to the many communities the network serves. Doris Tetz Garcia, MSHR, SPHR, is the new vice president for Human Resources and Organizational Development and oversees LDI and Human Resources as well as other organizational development efforts and special projects. Garcia, who holds a master’s in Human Resources, is certified as a senior professional in Human Resources and serves as a senior examiner for the California Awards for Performance Excellence. She has served with the network since 2003. Kristen Johnson, MHA, BSN, RN, is the new vice president for Patient Care Services and is leading the nursing departments of: Med/Surg, ICU, Women’s Services and Emergency Services. Johnson, with a master’s in Health Care Administration and a bachelor’s in Registered Nursing, has been with Adventist Health since 2000, after previously serving with Loma Linda University Medical Center. |
