Castle Medical Center Receives Awards and Accolades
Castle Medical Center was recently notified that it ranked fifth on the list of top ten “Best Places to Work in Hawaii” published by Hawaii Business magazine. Though competition was fierce, according to the publisher, CMC jumped from eighth place last year to fifth this year. Over 200 employers participated. Hawaii Business Magazine further notified CMC that the hospital ranked number one in two new award categories: Family Friendly Work Place for large employers and Healthiest Workplace.
In addition, the hospital received eight 4-star Employee Perception Awards from Professional Research Consultants (PRC), a nationally recognized health care perception research company. The medical center also was awarded two 5-star awards and seven 4-star awards as a result of its PRC Medical Staff Perception survey.
