Adventist Health to Open New Rural Health Clinic
Central Valley Family Health is slated to begin construction on a new rural health clinic in Kettleman City, California. The network has provided services in Kettleman City for the past five years via a mobile clinic that made twice-weekly visits to the town. However, vehicle problems led to a discontinuation of services there and now a permanent clinic site will soon be under construction. The proposed clinic space is 843 square-feet and will feature four exam rooms. Slated to open in the fall of 2009, the new clinic will provide primary care services two days a week.
