The organization’s legal board adopted the formalized compliance program, which consists of written policies, procedures and a code of conduct. These are designed to prevent, detect and correct violations of applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. The Corporate Compliance Officer and Local Compliance Officers are responsible for managing the program.
